Custom garments are made to order from scratch. Production starts after the store closes.
Timeline: Approximately 4-6 weeks (plus delivery).
Outerwear: Expect longer production for jackets/vests.
Process: Orders are processed once the store is closed.

Closing dates are managed by your Team Store lead and are subject to change.
Window: Please order within the designated timeframe.
Pricing: Team rates apply only during the open store.
Late Orders: Subject to individual pricing and scheduling.

This shop is for orders shipping outside the UK. Orders shipping to UK addresses may be placed through the CUBC UK Shop.
Orders in this shop will target shipping for Henley Royal Regatta. This shop is scheduled to close at 9pm GMT on 21 May. Please order on the shop within the designated time frame as orders cannot be made outside the shop window.
All custom garments are made to order from scratch (custom team wear is not pre-made or held in stock). Our current production time is approximately 4-6 weeks, plus delivery. Please note that outerwear orders are currently taking longer in production. Production on all orders starts once the store is officially closed.
For sizing questions, please refer to our sizing charts. Our sizing charts are recommended sizing based on the intended fit of the garment. The matrices do not account for preferred fit. You may also contact customerservice@jlracing.com with specific sizing questions. Complete measurements are needed in order to recommend a garment size for you.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the store closes. Our returns/exchanges policy can be viewed through the FAQ section.
